Please confirm this with us, and we will provide you with the necessary documents to begin the benefit payment process.
You will need to provide the following details:
- Your financial adviser’s details, including individual FCA number
- Any other pension benefits you have already taken
- Any historic pension protection you may have in place
- The specific benefits you wish to draw from your Digi account
- Your bank account details, for receipt of any payment benefits
Additionally, we are required to verify your identity before any payments can be made.
You will need to provide copies of two forms of ID (e.g., passport, driving licence, utility bill).

If you have not received financial advice:
In this case, you will need to transfer your account to an alternative provider who allows benefits to be drawn on a non-advised basis.
You may choose to:
- Make a full transfer of your account, in order to draw benefits from the whole fund.
- Make a partial transfer if you only wish to access part of your fund, or want to continue contributing to your Digi SIPP account, while accessing part of your benefits elsewhere.
