How to authorise a financial adviser on your account

  1. Accessing Adviser Authorisation On the main screen, locate "Account Actions" at the top right and choose "Authorise Adviser
  2. Completing the Authorisation Form Fill in all fields marked with an asterisk (*) Use the search function to find your Adviser, and then click on your Adviser's name Click "I agree" and then "Submit" Trouble Finding Your IFA? If you can't find your IFA firm or individual IFA in the search, you'll receive an error message. In this case, please contact us by clicking the "Contact Us" button within your portal. Note: You won’t be able to submit unless all required fields are completed, and you’ve clicked "I agree". 
  3. Confirmation You'll see a success notice at the bottom of the screen A "Downloading Report" pop-up will appear, once the report has downloaded you can provide this to your financial adviser as it will have a lot of useful information they may need. You'll be redirected to the My Pension landing page 
  4. Accessing and Sending Reports In the horizontal menu, find "Adviser Authorisation" Here you'll find the reports created for your IFA, click "Download" on the desired report
